We recently purchased a Crownline 235SS from Austin boats. Being a first time boat owner, they made the whole experience very enjoyable and easy. Erik, Martin and JR were and extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything worked smoothly and perfectly. They gladly arranged to deliver to us about 5 hours away so that we could do orientation and training at our lake. When a small problem came up with the stereo on the boat, they quickly had the stereo installer on the phone with me and had the problem solved quickly. We have also had a couple of minor warranty items and they have been prompt in taking care of these. I have found their response and service to always be done in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new boat or to handle their service needs. "

"Found you guys on YouTube and I must say that Martin and Erik did a fantastic job describing the boats. I live in the Tampa Bay area so the chances of me buying from Austin Boats is very slim, to say the least. However, I did call and speak to Erik and, knowing that I wasn't going to buy a boat from him, he spent the time talking to me and answering multiple questions that I had. He treated me as though I just bought five boats from him! That is customer service rarely seen anymore. I wish I could buy a boat from them just as a "thank you". "I own a 2005 Crownline 216LS and on every occasion for service (which is rare as the quality is outstanding) I have been totally satisfied. Just today I visited the Service department and was helped by JR with four minor issues as to keeping my boy toy in top notch condition. In each case I received a professional, responsive and customer focused reply. This is the reason that when I come to the time to replace my boat there will not be 2nd thought as to where I will write the check. The Service department (after the sale) is where my loyalty is earned and these guy are hands down the place to establish a relationship with. Money well spend ! "

Man i went to the boat show and had a blast talking to some of the Blue Wave people. I told them the stories of me running the Pure Bay in 3' chop @ 35-45 mph and floating on the water, They want the video.LOL They asked me where i got the boat and man i unleashed on them. I told them that i bought it at Austin Boat and Motor. Read below......LOL
Conversation as follows:
Owners son(Steven Parks) So you in the market for that boat(looking at the 2200 pure bay) That is a sweet boat man.
Me: Nooo, Actually comparing colors on this one, to mine. I have this rig already, just mine has the black on bottom and white on top. Also mine is running a 4 stroke Zuke 150.
Steven: How do you like it?
Me: OMG man. Let me tell you the story. Well i had a wake boat and the only person that gave me a chance was a guy named Martin. He is over Austin Boat and Motor. Marin Boyer. Well i looked around local and no one would look at trades, he took my boat site unseen(pictures only) and i bought the 2200 pure bay with the 150 zuke site unseen(pictures only). Now this guy (you) told me that this boat smokes with the 150 on it. It ran 52 GPS 51 speedo. I was really sceptical about it and when i got down there, WOW was i surprised. Man Martin and his crew know their shit. He propped the boat out and i signed the papers, No questions asked. I know now that they are a stand up crew, treat people with respect, worked wanders on the numbers and financing. Austin Boats and Motors is part of the family now and i send people to Martin for great service , great deals and all around a great dealer. I drove from Pearland Tx to Austin to get this boat and it was well worth it. I would do it again, and recommend ANYONE to them.

Me: Man they are awesome people, I can trust any of them at anytime with my boat, motor, trailer. They are great people. I took my boat out, 4 adults, full of gas, 3 tackle boxes, cooler of cold beer, 5 bags of ice in fish box, LOADED and still run 49mph in my boat. ***All saying this while a guy and lady were standing there looking at the Pure Bay 2200 with a 200 2 stroke yami on it. It was kind of funny.
Steven: Man next time you are out in your boat, Take a small clip 30 second video phone if that's all you have, send it to me and Martin and i will send you a Blue Wave button up fishing shirt. I would love to have that info for sales purposes for the 150 on the 22' boat.(I was laughing)
Me: Man you got a deal brother.
(this went on for about 45 min, these blue wave people are great people, i met the owner, cant remember her name..But i say TEAM BLUE WAVE for me.) No other boat needed
** I just thought i would share this with you man. I still smile everytime i look at my boat and think, damn i got a sweet deal. I will continue to send people to Austin for a new Blue Wave. Hope you like the story man****

"I purchased a 2004 skeeter from Austin Boats and motors. I found the boat over the internet and called Martin. The process of purchasing the boat took about 2 weeks since I live about 3 hours from Austin. Martin made himself available at any time and the experience was great. First trip out and the Motor had an issue a big one. The power head had to be replaced. I called Austin Boats and Motors and got ahold of Brian in service. Brian is the best service person I have ever worked with. I truly believe that Austin Boats and Motors did not know that the motor had an issue and did everything they could to make a used boat "as is" purchase right. Brian worked with Yamaha and between Yamaha and Austin Boats and Motors the motor was repaired and returned within one week, not to mention that Brain met me half way to pick up and return the boat. Brian worked very hard to make a bad situation the best that it could be and I will return to Austin Boats and Motors for my next purchase."

"I purchased a used boat originally purchased at, and serviced by Austin Boats and Motors. Naturally I decided to stay with the people who knew the history of this boat.
My service work was handled by Brian Ludwig and I immediately knew that I had made the right decision by going to Austin Boats and Motors. Upon receiving the estimate for work needed on the boat, I realized this was out of my budget. Brian was understanding and quickly came to my rescue by suggesting ways to get the boat in good working order that would fit within my budget.
The work was done professionally within budget and the quoted timetable. I highly recommend this A++ experience to anyone needing service or considering the purchase of a new boat, (They also have a magnificent show room).

"Living in the Houston area and only being in Austin 1 or 2 days per week, great service was important to me. I found it at Austin Boats & Motors. This is my first boat purchase and from start to finish, sales, financing, "training" and service has been fantastic. One week after purchase, I was back in Austin and went to enjoy my boat for the second time. However, there was a problem with the throttle and getting the boat moving into a forward motion was very difficult. I emailed the service department and left a voice mail after hours for James Morrison. Early in the next business day, James had called my marina to make arrangements for repairing the boat. By mid afternoon that day, my boat had been pulled out of the water, repaired a factory problem and placed back at my marina. Great service!!!! "I took my boat in for a winterization last October and since then I have come to find out that 3 of the 5 plugs that should have been removed to drain the block were not removed. Long story short, the boat made it through the winter with no problems. I asked why the plugs had not been removed. I was given this honest answer, I simply missed them and they should have been removed. I was concerned that I would get a tap dance answer but what I got was the truth. Charles checked my boat out thoroughly and gave it a clean bill of health. The integrity and honesty of the entire dealership is what will keep me coming back to Austin Boats and Motors. Anyone can make a mistake. It’s how you handle the mistake after it has been discovered. ABM handled it like the 1St class organization they are."

"Gentlemen,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding support I received when my 2006 Crownline 190 LS was serviced by Sheridan at the LBJ Marina on Saturday, 15 Sep. I also want to thank Jason Rich for his efforts in planning the service call.
When I arrived at the LBJ Marina, Sheridan was already at the dock and immediately checked out the trim operation while my boat was in the water. He determined that the trim system was working fine and that I was just not depressing the trim switch enough to bring it up to trailering position.
We then put the boat on the trailer so Sheridan could check out a gear lube leak in the lower part of the sterndrive. He determined the leak was at the lower fill hole and was due the cover screw being loose. He replaced the O-ring and properly tightened the cover screw. He then filled the gear lube monitor reservoir. I was back in the water in a very short time.
I am very satisfied with the sales support from Erik Ruiz and the service support from Jason Rich and his department and I will recommend Austin Boats and Motors whenever I can.
