"Living in the Houston area and only being in Austin 1 or 2 days per week, great service was important to me. I found it at Austin Boats & Motors. This is my first boat purchase and from start to finish, sales, financing, "training" and service has been fantastic. One week after purchase, I was back in Austin and went to enjoy my boat for the second time. However, there was a problem with the throttle and getting the boat moving into a forward motion was very difficult. I emailed the service department and left a voice mail after hours for James Morrison. Early in the next business day, James had called my marina to make arrangements for repairing the boat. By mid afternoon that day, my boat had been pulled out of the water, repaired a factory problem and placed back at my marina. Great service!!!! "I took my boat in for a winterization last October and since then I have come to find out that 3 of the 5 plugs that should have been removed to drain the block were not removed. Long story short, the boat made it through the winter with no problems. I asked why the plugs had not been removed. I was given this honest answer, I simply missed them and they should have been removed. I was concerned that I would get a tap dance answer but what I got was the truth. Charles checked my boat out thoroughly and gave it a clean bill of health. The integrity and honesty of the entire dealership is what will keep me coming back to Austin Boats and Motors. Anyone can make a mistake. It’s how you handle the mistake after it has been discovered. ABM handled it like the 1St class organization they are."

"Gentlemen,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding support I received when my 2006 Crownline 190 LS was serviced by Sheridan at the LBJ Marina on Saturday, 15 Sep. I also want to thank Jason Rich for his efforts in planning the service call.
When I arrived at the LBJ Marina, Sheridan was already at the dock and immediately checked out the trim operation while my boat was in the water. He determined that the trim system was working fine and that I was just not depressing the trim switch enough to bring it up to trailering position.
We then put the boat on the trailer so Sheridan could check out a gear lube leak in the lower part of the sterndrive. He determined the leak was at the lower fill hole and was due the cover screw being loose. He replaced the O-ring and properly tightened the cover screw. He then filled the gear lube monitor reservoir. I was back in the water in a very short time.
I am very satisfied with the sales support from Erik Ruiz and the service support from Jason Rich and his department and I will recommend Austin Boats and Motors whenever I can.
