Martin graduated from the University of Texas in 1997 and has worked for Austin Boats and Motors since 1991 while steadily gaining experience through his time served in make- ready, customer service, parts, sales, Sales management and General Management. Now serving as company's Vice President and General Manager, Martin finds marketing in today's marketplace to be his biggest challenge. His favorite time at work is his interaction with customers and seeing to it that their experience is personally fulfilling and exceeds their expectation. When not working, Martin enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart of a wife (Amanda) and their two daughters (Ashtyn and Katelyn) and son (Hudson) by traveling, watching UT football, relaxing on Lake Travis and enjoying some leisure time at the family's ski cabin in Ruidoso, NM.

| Erik has been in the boat business for over 20 years, both in Austin and Las Vegas. He has been with Austin Boats & Motors for 17 years and currently serves as the Sales Manager. He brings an extreme amount of familiarity, knowledge and expertise to the boat buying experience. We're proud to tout him as one of the best salesmen in Central Texas. He has a wonderful wife and two sons that keep him busy playing baseball, football and fishing. He enjoys hunting with his GSP bird dog in the South Texas Plains and bass fishing around the local lakes. |  |
| Todd was born and raised in Alexandria,Minnesota where he became a professional guide and tournament bass angler when he was 16 years old. He has spent the last 21 years in and around the marine industry, mostly in the state of Minnesota. He is happily married to an Austin native and has four boys that are very active with football and baseball. In his spare time, Todd enjoys boating with family and friends, campfires and an occasional round of competitive golf. Todd contributes to our team as a part time boat sales consultant. |  |
| Tom was born and raised in Southern California and has been around the marine industry for the past 13 years. He obtained his U.S.C.G. 100 Tonnage license in 2006 and when he wasn’t operating Sport fishing vessels you could typically find him competing in local bass fishing tournament trails. After Graduating from Chico State in 2011 and after two national championships and two successful competitive years with the FLW College series, he packed up and moved out here to join the Austin Boats & Motors team.

| Brian as born and raised in Gonzales Texas. He spent 4 yrs active duty in the United States Navy and served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
At the end of his service he returned to Austin, Texas and worked in the automotive field as a technician for 6-7 yrs. He then jumped onboard to the marine industry in the late 90's and has been in it ever since. His hobbies include hunting, bay fishing and hanging out with family and friends |  |

Sheridan is one of our Certified Service Technicians. He joined our company in 2006. He grew up here in the Austin area and is an avid Wakeskater who also enjoys fishing of any kind. His love of the water is what brought him into the boating industry. Look for Sheridan hitting the waves out at the Lake or in one of our five Service bays. |  |

| J.R. has been with Austin Boats & Motors for nine years. He has worked in almost every department from detailing boats, to rigging boats, to assisting in the Sales Department. He is currently serving as our Parts Manager. You might have even met him during your on-the-water orientation for your new boat. J.R. is truly a "jack of all trades" and we're happy to have him on board. When not behind the counter in our parts department, he enjoys bowling, chess and is an avid on-line gamer. |  |

Holly is our Customer Service Representative and Warranty Administrator.
She helps make the customer's experience at Austin Boats & Motors a pleasant and memorable one. She enjoys working directly with our customers to make sure their needs are met. When she's not at work, Holly stays very busy with her family! She is the proud Mom of 21 month old Marly and 6 month old Landon. When she's not at Austin Boats and Motors, she can be found at Flowers by Nancy, too!, another family business that keeps her very busy during the holidays. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, concerts, theater and spending time with her friends and family. |  |
| Jeff has been with Austin Boats and Motors since 1985. When he's not at the dealership, he can be found on his Harley, cruising in one of his old cars or bass fishing. Jeff especially enjoys spending time with his wife Donna, his 5 children and his 5 grandchildren. |  |
Scott made his way from Northwest Texas twelve years ago, finally finding a home in Austin. Scott is our resident rigger and delivery captain. When not in the shop or out on the lake, he enjoys playing bass. He loves music and all of the nuances that go into that, including the never ending search for tone.

Sunny made his way to Austin from Del Rio, Tx. He is a skilled marine engine mechanic, specializing in outboards. Sunny is the proud father of 3 children and enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible. |  |
