| Jeff is originally from Abilene and has been at Austin Boats and Motors since 1984. His time away from the office is spent bass fishing, riding motorcycles and enjoying his granddaughters.

Working for almost 17 years at Austin Boats & Motors, Martin has worked in every department;
detail, service, parts, warranty, sales, sales manager, General Manager and now is our Vice President/General Manager.
He joined ABM in 1990 and continued working here after his graduation from the University of Texas in 1997 because he loves the atmosphere, employees, and the customers. When not working, Martin enjoys spending time with his two girls traveling around enjoying the lakes and snow.
He has fished in many bass tournaments around Texas, including where he was born, Abilene. Martin also enjoys watching UT and the Cowboys in his home theater.

| Erik has been in the Boat business for over 15 years at Austin Boats & Motors and a successful boat dealership in Las Vegas. He has a wonderful wife and two sons that keep him busy playing baseball, soccer and fishing. He enjoys hunting with his GSP bird dog in the South Texas Plains and bass fishing around the local lakes. |  |
| Pete is a native Austinite and has been working as our Business Manager for two years. He is a former champion slalom waterskier and has competed in professional waterski events all over the world. Pete has worked many aspects of the boating industry, as pro shop manager, manufacturer's representative, boat sales and finance manager. When he is not working at the dealership, he enjoys bowhunting, fishing(fresh and saltwater), golfing and boating on Lake Travis. |  |

| This is James' second year at Austin Boats & Motors. He has been working as the Warranty Administrator and helps out in the Sales Department. James has lived here for over 21 years, half of which has been spent on Lake Travis. You can find him on the lake tearing it up every weekend. |  |
| Charles has been with ABM since 1997 and is our Senior Certified Technician. His certifications include: Mercury, MerCruiser, Honda, Volvo and Yamaha. He's an original Austinite and loves to relax either fishing at the Coast or hunting the South Texas Plains. |  |
| Sheridan has been one of our Certified Service Technicians since joining our company back in 2006. He grew up here in the Austin area and is an avid Wakeskater, which is what brought him into the boating industry. Look for Sheridan hitting the waves out at the Lake or in one of our five Service bays. |  |
| Ignacio started detailing boats back in 1994. He moved up to Porter and has been one of our rigging/installation specialists for the past three years. In his free time, you can find him playing soccer, hunting upland game birds or spending quality time with his family. |  |
| J.R. has been with Austin Boats & Motors for five years. He has worked in almost every department from washing boats to assisting in the Sales Department. You might have even met him during your new boat orientation. When not behind the counter in our parts department, he enjoys bowling and chess. |  |
| Ryan has been one of our Delivery Captains for five years now. His other duties include working in the Service department rigging and repairing boats. He enjoys hunting and spending time out at the Lake. |  |
| Our newest sales person is Barbara. She comes to Lakeway from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Barbara brings over 20 years experience in the marine industry. Her experience includes Boat Sales, Finance & Insurance, Accounting and Yacht Sales in the Carribean. She stays busy with her middle school Honor Student and her award winning Hollywood Stuntman son. When not getting you into your new boat, she enjoys fishing, water sports and biking.

He ensures your boat is right, ready and knows where everything is. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with his wife and two children. |  |
| Omar is our newest Lot Porter who is responsible for maintenance and the preparation of all the boats. He is an expert marksman and loves to bull ride. His family of 4 keep him busy with soccer and watersports. |  |
| Ashlea has worked for Austin Boats & Motors and Flowers By Nancy Too for six years. Originally from Merkel, Texas, she graduated from Texas State with a degree in business. She enjoys roping, riding horses and spending time with friends, family and Lea Lea. |  |
