Martin graduated from the University of Texas in 1997 and has worked for Austin Boats and Motors since 1991 while steadily gaining experience through his time served in make- ready, customer service, parts, sales, Sales management and General Management. Now serving as company's Vice President and General Manager, Martin finds marketing in today's marketplace to be his biggest challenge. His favorite time at work is his interaction with customers and seeing to it that their experience is personally fulfilling and exceeds their expectation. When not working, Martin enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart of a wife (Amanda) and their two daughters (Ashtyn and Katelyn) and son (Hudson) by traveling, watching UT football, relaxing on Lake Travis and enjoying some leisure time at the family's ski cabin in Ruidoso, NM.

| Erik has been in the Boat business for over 18 years at Austin Boats & Motors and a successful boat dealership in Las Vegas. He has a wonderful wife and two sons that keep him busy playing baseball, football and fishing. He enjoys hunting with his GSP bird dog in the South Texas Plains and bass fishing around the local lakes. |  |

Todd was born and raised in Alexandria, Minnesota where he became a professional guide and tournament bass angler when he was 16 years old… He has spent the last 21 years in and around the marine industry, mostly in the state of Minnesota… He is happily married to an Austin native and has four boys that are very active with football and baseball… In his spare time, Todd enjoys boating with family and friends, campfires and an occasional round of competitive golf. |  |

| Brian as born and raised in Gonzales Texas. He spent 4 yrs active duty in the United States Navy and served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
At the end of his service he returned to Austin, Texas and worked in the automotive field as a technician for 6-7 yrs. He then jumped onboard to the marine industry in the late 90's and has been in it ever since. His hobbies include hunting, bay fishing and hanging out with family and friends |  |
| Charles has been with ABM since 1997 and is our Senior Certified Technician. His certifications include: Mercury, MerCruiser, Honda, Volvo and Yamaha. He's an original Austinite and loves to relax either fishing at the Coast or hunting the South Texas Plains. |  |

Sheridan is one of our Certified Service Technicians. He joined our company in 2006. He grew up here in the Austin area and is an avid Wakeskater who also enjoys fishing of any kind. His love of the water is what brought him into the boating industry. Look for Sheridan hitting the waves out at the Lake or in one of our five Service bays. |  |

| J.R. has been with Austin Boats & Motors for nine years. He has worked in almost every department from washing boats to assisting in the Sales Department. You might have even met him during your new boat orientation. When not behind the counter in our parts department, he enjoys bowling and chess. |  |
| Holly is our Warranty Manager. She worked in the education field for seven years and is extremely excited to be in the Boating Industry. She has a 6 month old baby girl, Marly and is loving being a Mom. When she's not at Austin Boats and Motors, she can be found at Flowers by Nancy, too!, another family business that keeps her very busy as well. She enjoys reading, swimming and most importantly, spending time with her daughter, friends and family. |  |
| Jeff has been with Austin Boats and Motors since 1985. When he's not at the dealership, he can be found on his Harley, cruising in one of his old cars or bass fishing. Jeff especially enjoys spending time with his wife Donna, his 5 children and his 4 grandchildren. |  |
